These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Alura ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the heyalura.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Subscribe & Save: When you purchase a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods, at the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your own subscription. We provide a convenient "Manage Subscription" portal accessible via your account and the footer of our website. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

IMPORTANT: Cancellation requests must be processed through the online portal at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment. Emailing support does not guarantee immediate cancellation before a shipment is processed.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, to prevent abuse and ensure fairness, this guarantee is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • First-Time Customers Only: This guarantee applies ONLY to first-time customers placing their very first order.
  • First Order Only: The refund is limited to the first order placed by a household, billing address, or IP address.
  • Timeline: You must request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier.
  • Return Requirement: We may require you to return the unused portion of the product to process your refund.

Subsequent orders, including recurring subscription shipments after the first order, are NOT eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee and are non-refundable once processed.

4. Limitation of Liability and Health Disclaimer

Health Disclaimer: The products sold on heyalura.com are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research.

Assumption of Risk: You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service and products is at your sole risk. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read the ingredients list and verified that you are not allergic to any of them.

Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Alura, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Maximum Liability: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the products during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alura and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
